HOPOPOTAMUS IPA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hopopotamus is a friendly hop loving beast. Everytime we take inventories there is always bags of hops missing, and we know whom to blame\u2026 To please that beast we have dedicated our latest beer, a New-School West Caost IPA, to it.
West Coast IPAs are the hop-driven beers that powered the launch of the American craft beer industry, often brewed with the classic \u201c3C\u201d hops: Cascade, Columbus and Centennial. Beer styles are always evolving and this New School West Coast IPA is both flirting with the classic and the present contemporary hops. Displaying a bright and balanced bitterness with classic mid-palate grapefruit-pine character from the 3C, and with tropical yet crisp fruity flavours from Mosaic hops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHILL PILL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cold IPA isn\u2019t about the temperature you drink it or IPA \u201con the rocks\u201d. It\u2019s not to be confused with IPL, that is an IPA fermented cold as a lager. It is about process and ingredients that result in a unique beer that has a clean, crisp, light body that provides a great stage for the hops to really express their character. Brewed with adjuncts (gasp!) like rice and corn allows the beer to be dry without being naked and overly bitter. It\u2019s fermented warm with a clean fermenting lager yeast that allows the hops to shine without being muddled by any ale yeast aromas.
It\u2019s crisp and sessionable, but strong and sneaky. It\u2019s Cold IPA!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HopSeven IPA<\/strong>
The hop Idaho-7 has rapidly risen to be one of the very sought after hops in the brewing world, and we are happy to have secured some for this, our newest hopcentric NEIPA. With the intensity of Citra and the depth of Mosaic, named after its home state, this late-maturing aroma hop practically drips with blond grapefruit, juicy tropical and stonefruits, supported by sticky pine and fainter notes of earthy black tea.

This beer that was brewed on International Womens Collaboration Brew Day is all about camaraderie in the beer industry, from owners to sales reps to brewers and so on and is a part of a international fundraiser that aids in providing scholarships for education. This year we brewed a NEIPA with Cashmere, Ahtanum, Citra, Loral & Sabro hops, creating a blend with tropical, herbal, citrus & woody aromatics.

Double IPA is a truly unique American style and the New England variants perhaps even more so. The hops is the star and the assistant as well as director in this hazy show. In this NEDIPA Eldorado hops take the main stage and Hokus Pokus: It\u2019s magic in a glass.
The Eldorado hops showcases floavours of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, pear, watermelon, stone fruits and candy.
