HOP HOG<\/strong> NEIPA<\/strong>
Over the last three decades, the IPA has gone from niche to respectably mainstream to a near monopoly. IPAs alone account for more than a quarter of craft beer volume.
IPAs weren\u2019t so drinkable a couple of years ago, 100 IBU, super bitter. Today \u201cnobody\u201d cares about IBU. All we care about is flavour and we, plain and simple, love hops. Maybe as much as the mythical Hop Hog. So, as long as the hop hogs fly, we will keep on brewing IPAs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imperial Hopstart Amarillo DIPA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of our first beers was Hopstart Amarillo IPA. Now we double up and crown our favourite penguin imperial style with even more hops.
Imperial, or Double, IPA is truly an unique American style. They should be hopcentric, but not tongue shreddingly bitter. In our DIPA we went for an assertive hop balance showcasing one of our favourite US-hops Amarillo that imparts orange, pineapple, grapefruit and piny flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lagerns Lakejer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

95% av all \u00f6l som dricks i v\u00e4rlden \u00e4r ljus lager med medelstor beska. Alla \u00e4r vi Lagerns Lakejer och vi h\u00f6rsammar majoriteten, men sj\u00e4lvklart g\u00f6r vi det p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt eget s\u00e4tt. Lagerns Lakejer \u00e4r en IPL, India Pale Lager, lagerns svar p\u00e5 IPA. En IPL \u00e4r mer humlearomatisk \u00e4n annan lager\u00f6l och Lagerns Lakejer \u00e4r inget undantag. Den \u00e4r ofiltrerad och frikostigt torrhumlad med bl.a. amerikanska humlesorterna Chinook och Citra. F\u00f6r allt blir som bekant godare med mer humle..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unicorn Sauce NEIPA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When combining the mythical hops HBC369 with a fabled gold veined variety, one should be careful. Unicorns might come prancing on your tongue. The two hop varieties were an instant hit, and gained a reputation even before they were fully released onto the craft brewing scene and named Mosaic and El Dorado. El Dorado brings bright tropical fruit flavours and aromas of pear, watermelon, and stone fruit. Mosaic delivers a whole mosaic of aromas including ripe mango, juicy stone fruit, bubble gum, citrus, grass and pine. It\u2019s a complex hop variety that lives up to its name well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HELLO SUNSHINE<\/strong>
Looks can be deceiving. This badass is packing, but is as smooth as a summer breeze.
Say hello to Captain Citra & Major Mosaic. Two of our many favourite hop combinations displaying fruity flavours and aromas somewhat out of this world. The result is liquid sunshine-in-a-can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HEY HOP IPA<\/strong>
West Coast IPAs are the hop-driven beers that powered the launch of the craft beer industry, and San Diego pushed the style even further. Hey Hop is our San Diego-style IPA brewed with both some classic, and new hops for robust, dank flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, pine, and tangerine and a crisp finish.
Centennial, the decidedly American and a much-celebrated hop, with a pungent flavour that often is referred to as super-Cascade, featured in some legendary IPAs. Chinook with an impressive pine\/resin character washed with exotic spice and distinct grapefruit notes. Summit, a variety quite new to the public and with very high alpha acid content it is appropriately named since it is top of the bittering hop totem pole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00c5TTLIG BR\u00dbE Session IPA<\/strong>
You cannot always crank it up to eleven! Sometimes you have to have some moderation and session IPA:s are the perfect way to combine rich flavours with a little lower alcohol content. Our M\u00e5ttlig Br\u00fce is a hop forward, well-balanced summer-in-a-can session NEIPA suitable all year round with fruity flavours from the hops and with a m\u00e5ttlig ABV. Can less be more?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CURRANTLY SOUR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full of cherry and plum-skin notes with a touch of chocolate from the roasted malts. Pouring pale mahogany red. It\u2019s unfiltered and naturally soured. The mouthfeel will pucker your tongue while the fruity finish will get you smiling. A sour delight that will turn your tongue on it\u2019s head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
